You are welcome by our guide and car driver at the Noi Bai Airport and transferred to the hotel. The check-in hour is from 2pm. You can either visit the city or simply enjoy a rest after a long flight after that.
Hanoi is a fascinating city that has the vibrant nightlife along with restaurants and sidewalk cafes, the smiles of residents and street vendors in Hanoi. Also, there are many startling attractions that represent the cultural wealth of this city.

The breakfast is served at the hotel before we depart at 8:00 am to explore charming Hanoi, including the Mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh and its simple stilt house (not available on Monday and Friday), Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda. After that, the tour heads you to the West Lake and Tran Quoc Pagoda, the ethnological museum and literary temple – the first university in Vietnam. After lunch, we will pay a visit Hoa Lo Prison, which was known by American airmen as “Hanoi Hilton”. It would be a bizarre yet locally authentic experience in a rickshaw in the Old Quarter for shopping and see water puppet show at the Water Puppet Theater. Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.
After breakfast, we head to Ninh Binh which is known as Dry Ha Long Bay. We will arrive at Tam Coc to sail on the Ngo Dong River in a rowing boat then have lunch at a local restaurant with regional specialty brick.
In the afternoon, we will have an intriguing bike ride from Tam Coc to Hoa Lu (former capital of Vietnam). Continuing the curious trek to Hoa Lu, visit the temples of the Dinh and Le Kings. Then we come back to Tam Coc and visit Bich Dong Pagoda. Overnight at the hotel in Ninh Binh.
Transfers: 3-hour drive
We have breakfast at the hotel before moving to Mai Chau and then have a short walk in the village of Poom Coong (from white-Thai) before lunch with the locals. We also pay a visit the ethnic villages in Mai Chau such as Ban Ho 1, Ban Ho 2, Xam Khoe through rice paddies.
After the breakfast with the host family, we transfer to Moc Chau and stop by some villages of Hmong, Thai and Muong minorities on the way. The arrival in Muong Lo is expected around the late afternoon. Muong Lo is the second largest rice chamber in the northwest and also the capital of Thai.

After breakfast, we transfer to Hoang Lien Son Mountains and then walk through rice terraces and suspension bridges to the villages of Thai and Mong. You will arrive at Khau Pha Pass (celestial horn) where the landscape is exceptionally phenomenal with cultivated valleys, mountains, rice terraces on the slopes.
Mu Cang Chai is considered as an unusual paradise and one of the best places in Vietnam for landscape photographers.

After having a warming breakfast with the host family, we would transfer to Sapa through Than Uyen and stop by to enjoy the fresh air and watch Fansipan Peak, the roof of Indochina (3143m). Arrive in Sapa and have lunch, then visit the church and colorful market in Sapa. Then spend 2 hours to visit the village of Cat Cat of black H’Mong.

After breakfast, we transfer to a large Suoi Ho valley then walk in a quiet and beautiful environment through rice terraces, streams, villages of Hmong. Picnic lunch is served. The journey entertains with further hike to Ma Tra and Ta Phin villages of the Black Hmong and Red Yao. We have chances to discover traditional costumes and the lives of ethnic minorities. After that, you are transferred to your hotel and stay at the hotel in Sapa.
Trekking: 4 hours (medium)
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to Bac Ha, a small town in Lao Cai Province, to explore the spectacular market.
After visiting the ethnic market, visit Ban Pho Village of Colorful H’Mong. Meet villagers and get to know the culture and way of life of the people here. Overnight with a host family in Bac Ha.
Breakfast with the host family. Depending on your health and time, take a walk in some ethnic villages around Bac Ha. Then take the right path southeast, and onto the beautiful 279 motorway. Lunch at a local restaurant in Pho Rang. You can stop to visit the villages along the road or to take pictures. Overnight at Ha Giang
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to Dong Van. Then we come through Yen Minh, a beautiful valley hiding in mountains. Lunch in a local restaurant.
Walk in the village of Pho Bang. Then visit the old palace of the Hmong king. There you will find an insight into the turbulent history of the Hmong in Vietnam.

After breakfast, transfer to Meo Vac and discover this valley by walking through ethnic villages with a simple and authentic life. Continue to Bao Lac through famous Ma Pi Leng.
Stop for breathtaking views of the valley with terraced fields, karst hills, Hmong stilt houses, Yao and the romantic Nho Que River.
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to Ba Be Lake. Ba Be is a relatively untouched area with waterfalls, rivers, lakes, valleys and caves in the middle of high peaks.
Arrive at Ba Be Lake – area known for its waterfalls and valleys, then walk to visit Pac Ngoi village of ethnic Tay.
Dinner and overnight with the host family in Ba Be.
Breakfast with the host family. Boat trip in the magical surroundings of Ba Be Lake and Nang River. Visit the cave Puong. Further cruise to Dau Dang waterfall. Short break to appreciate the beauty of this small but beautiful waterfall. Lunch with the locals. Continuation of the cruise on Nang river. Disembarkation and transferred by private car to Cao Bang.

Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to Ban Gioc waterfall. Enjoy lunch while watching the beauty of the waterfall. Continue to Ban Gioc Waterfall, the most famous place in northeastern Vietnam. Visit Nguom Ngao Cave. Enjoy lunch while watching the beauty of the waterfall. Back to Cao Bang. Overnight at a hotel in Cao Bang.
After breakfast, drive to Lang Son through Dong Khe and That Khe. Arrive in Lang Son, then visit a market with Chinese-rooted products and Nhi Thanh cave. Overnight at hotel in Lang Son.
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to Hai Phong (approx. 20km). Arrive at Haiphong Port, transfered by a speedboat to Cat Ba Island to enjoy the luxurious cruise on Oriental Sun Junk (or similar junk).
Then drive to the famous Halong Bay towards isolated islands. Stop at a small beach for swimming. Then discover the bay by kayak. You can also visit the Hang Ca.
Breakfast on board. Continuation of the cruise in Lan Ha bay, closer to the most beautiful peaks and rocks. Visit a floating village where you can breed fish and shellfish. Lunch on board (or on the mainland if we need to ship new customers). Disembarked between 11:30 and 12:00. Return to Hanoi, arrive at your hotel in Hanoi in the late afternoon.
